Vegetar tacos
med rød peber og spidskål

Ingredienser
- 2 spsk olie
- 1 grøn chili, hakket
- 7dl spidskål, shredded
- 1 fed hvidløg
- 1 rød peber, julienned
- 1 tsk chilipulver
- 1 løg, halved and sliced
- 0.2 tsk spidskommen
- 2 tsk sukker
- 1 dåse sorte bønner
- 1 glas salsa
- 8 tacoskaller
- 100g cheddar
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 bøtte creme fraiche
Fremgangsmåde

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; saute cabbage, pepper and onion until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar.

Stir in beans, salsa, chiles, garlic, chili powder and cumin; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until flavors are blended, about 5 minutes.

Serve in taco shells. Top with cheese and avocado.
